Up to $4,200 for income-qualified households, and up to $2,100 for homes in an SCE-designated disadvantaged community. It goes toward upgrading your panel to 200 amps and running the dedicated 240V circuit a Level 2 charger needs.
Who qualifies for the rebate?
Two paths. Income-qualified: your household earns under 80% of area median income, or you are on a public-assistance program such as Medi-Cal, CalFresh, SSI, WIC, or Tribal assistance. Geographic: your home is in an SCE-designated disadvantaged community (the SB353 map). If either applies, you likely qualify, and we can check for you.

Do I have to be low income?
